June 27 & 28 Field Day Weekend
The annual ARRL sponsored Field Day event is June 28 and 29. We will hold our Field Day at the Carter County Health Department at 403 E G St, Elizabethton. We do not have the gazebo this year, but will be under the covered portion of the building on the east side. The group will gather around 9:00 AM to begin setup for the weekend's activities. Come one, come all and have a grand time! There is nothing like Field Day! Come find out for yourself, whether just to observe or better yet pull up a chair and do some operating. For more information please contact one of the club officers.
POST FIELD DAY NOTE: What another great Field Day the club had! We had a great turnout, great food, great people, a lot of operating, but most of all a LOT of fun! Anyone that didn't check in missed a great time. Mark your calendars now for next year's Field Day, June 26 and 27, 2010.
